We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit/Debit Card Payments
Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Orders confirmed before a price
change will be honored at the earlier rate.
5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Cure by Pure reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases where:
- Products are out of stock,
- Pricing errors occur, or
- The order is flagged for potential misuse or inaccuracy.
- An order confirmation email or message does not guarantee fulfillment until it has been processed and dispatched.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners including PostEx, Leopards, and M&P. Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery delays may occur during public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier backlogs.Cure by Pure shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy page for detailed terms regarding returns, refunds, or replacements. In summary, returns are accepted only for damaged, unused, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cure by Pure shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from:
- Misuse of our products,
- Unverified health claims, or
- Any interruption in website access.
All products are sold “as is,” and results may vary from person to person.
