At Cure by Pure, your satisfaction means everything to us. Every product we offer is carefully selected and packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if something doesn’t go as planned, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be accepted due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

Please share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product (if damaged). Our support team will guide you through the process.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the mistake is from our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
If approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and courier details.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (if paid by credit/ debit card) or to customers bank account if paid via COD.
- You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship the correct item to you at no additional delivery cost after confirming your return.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened food items or powders
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
