At Cure by Pure, we work hard to deliver your favorite wellness products quickly and safely across Pakistan. Below you’ll find our standard shipping terms and delivery process.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted logistics partners including PostEx, Leopard Courier, and M&P. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
  • Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions these will be clearly mentioned on the website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the website on track your order section.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments 

While rare, if your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@curebypure.com. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the parcel. You can also reach out to us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
